- Offer engineering expertise to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Lead and contribute to projects focused on cutting costs, optimizing processes, and introducing new products.
- Execute all tasks while maintaining a safe work environment and following plant safety protocols.
- Provide training to customers on equipment and operational modifications.
- Gain a deep understanding of project contract details, including drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
- Drive the exploration, procurement, and implementation of new process and operational enhancements by setting specific metrics and conducting audits.
- Create troubleshooting manuals for maintenance and operations staff, providing training and deployment within the plant.
- Resolve process challenges through data analysis, experiments, and collaboration with experts.
- Suggest and implement enhancements to processes and equipment.
- Identify persistent issues and propose corrective measures.
- Create and update engineering and operations documentation.
- Maintain the project master schedule.
- Handle document control tasks, logging new drawings and contract documents and maintaining a control log.
- Play an active role in enhancing worker safety and minimizing incidents by engaging with the EHS team on improvement projects.
- Act as a catalyst for change, driving and executing alterations through collaborative efforts across safety, manufacturing, and quality resources.
- Develop engineering documents like PFMEA, Control Plans, SOP, etc.
- Prepare regular reports aligning with departmental requirements to monitor progress and fuel plant enhancements.
- Undertake additional duties and special projects as directed by management.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and possess Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Recently graduated or a fresh graduate.
- Demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude and analytical mindset.
- Showcase proven technical skills.
- Possess an Engineering degree or an equivalent technical college diploma.
- Display effective communication with various management levels and client business units.
