This is a Hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 days out.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ownership of Business Management, Pricing and Planning strategies, initiatives and functions for business segments and tier1 customers
Lead a team to drive business strategies and initiatives by making key decisions on business terms
Own segment wide and account based strategy, playbook, deal structure, LTA
Lead global pricing strategy, guidance and positioning to sales leaders and customers to drive deal closure for responsible segments and customers
Develop key account strategy, engagement plans, and long term business models to achieve financial and share targets
Oversee business forecasts based on supply situation, sales inputs, financials metrics, new product introduction and other considerations
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to assess and manage business risk, financial and operational metrics
Present to sr. management in business status and outlook, strategy, initiative and plan
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Technical, Marketing, Business Administration or other related field. Master/MBA preferred
10+ years of management experience in business marketing, operation, planning or strategy functions. Experience in team management
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional global teams in multiple time zones
Comfortable in presenting to sr. management and working with cross-functional leaders
Passionate about identifying business opportunities and challenges with ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
PREFERRED:
Understanding of NAND Flash products, trends, pricing, and markets is a plus
SKILLS:
Strong analytical skills with ability to use complex financial, technical, and marketing information to drive business decisions
