- Position: Wellness Nurse Manager
- Week 1: Monday/Saturday/Sunday
- Week 2: Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 7pm-7am
- To be a Superior Supervisor: Take charge in the absence of department heads and lead the team.
- Be active in providing person-centered care and support to residents and other departments.
- To be a Force on the Floor: Lead by example, attend to residents' needs promptly and with care.
- To be a Diligent Documenter: Maintain accurate and efficient records of resident assessments and medical documentation.
- To be a Compassionate Caregiver: Uphold Arrow's core values by ensuring professional and caring interactions with residents.
- Current LPN or RN license
- Knowledge of care standards and regulations
- Experience in hands-on care is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Positive attitude and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
