- Ensures that guests are of legal drinking age by verifying proper identification is attained and wrist banding is performed.
- Comply with all Arizona Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control or Utah department of beverage services laws and regulations.
- Receive, prepare, and deliver drink orders.
- Learn and memorize drinks that are available and recipes for mixed drinks.
- Monitor and manage guest consumption of alcohol through execution of best practices and training. Eliminate any opportunity of excessive intoxication.
- Assist in tracking and managing inventory.
- Personable but professional demeanor.
- Computer literate with ability to learn new software programs and applications easily.
- Ability to accurately complete all documentation.
- Able to lift 35 pounds.
- Complete and maintain TIPS certification (Utah) or Arizona Title 4 certification.
- Must meet the state minimum age to serve alcohol.
- Ability to safely move and stock beer kegs and beer cases ranging from 25 to 165 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move around the center for extended periods.
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
