    Senior Financial AdvisorBoca Raton, FLIf you have experience as a Financial Advisor, Private Client Advisor, or Wealth Advisor, this opportunity could be for you.

    Be the lead Advisor for a growth initiative by a large bank growing its market share on the Florida East Coast.

    Step into a multiple-bank branch referral network for rapid growth from local leads. Must have a series 7, and 65), and insurance license.

    Step into an existing book of clients and a multiple bank branch referral networkComplete open architecture with an Advisor driven platformSeeking a Financial Advisor who wants to accomplish something of lasting value for their customers, for their community, and for themselvesWhat you'll do:Maintain presence within the bank to develop strong relationships and credibility with internal and external clientsDevelop and conduct client meetings to review existing accounts and close sales individually and jointly with licensed bankersResponsibilities:Serves as a coach and mentor for licensed bank employeesAchieving sales goals while serving the client's best interestsPlan and conduct individual and group coaching sessions with retail bank employeesConduct internal and external seminars to focus on business development and growthPrioritize client needs and introduce services of other Fifth Third Bank employees, i.e.

    loans, estate planning, depositsRecognize and reward achievement of goalsAccountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensuring that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experiencePost-appointment follow-up to maintain relationships and develop referrals from an existing client baseWhat you'll need:Brokerage industry experience in an advisory capacityYou will need a Series 7,66 (63 and 65) State insurance licenseAbility to motivate others in a team environmentDemonstrated ability to simplify and communicate complex financial conceptsProven experience in building strong internal and external client relationshipsHighly developed knowledge of the securities business, investment products, and financial solutionsHighly developed sales and presentation skills
