    Spherion is looking for a part-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant available to start immediately for a global fitness equipment manufacturer headquartered just outside of Madison, WI The Receptionist will provide administrative support and staff the front desk.

    We are seeking professional, passionate, and positive candidates who can deliver exceptional customer service to onsite visitors

    Highlights:

  • Temporary with the opportunity for permanent hire
  • Pay Rate: $20/hr
  • Schedule: Thursday 12 pm-5 pm, and Friday 8 am-5 pm (13-14hrs/week)
  • Access to an onsite, state-of-the-art workout facility Responsibilities:
  • Open, sort, and distribute daily incoming mail and maintain postage machine
  • Schedule meetings, customer visits, and travel itineraries for visiting employees
  • Create ID badges for the employee identification system
  • Assist front-door visitors with the Envoy notification system
  • Office supply coordination, ordering, and stock maintenance
  • Track expenses and complete expense reports using the Concur system
  • Update company news, announcements, and documents (intranet site using SharePoint)
  • Processes companywide announcements for HR using the Paylocity notification system
  • Posts reports on the company intranet site
  • Assist HR with Years of Service program quarterly
  • Other duties as assigned Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent degree
  • Administrative assistance experience required
  • Computer software proficiency (Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
