Responsibilities:

Learn and be proficient in duties pertaining to the CSR position including but not restricted to the following:

Duties:

Have basic knowledge of customers and their requirements
Accept and process orders in a professional and timely manner
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Order entry, when required
Verify order entry and correct when needed
Phone skills
Proficient email correspondence
Identify a customer's situation and applying the proper response or getting assistance
Help resolve complaints and refers grievances to the designated department for investigation
Other duties as assigned

Areas of focus:

Attendance is crucial
Knowledge of shipping/recieving processes
Be able to use share file information and apply as needed
Work with team members in a professional manner
Have a good attitude
