    Location:

    Miami, Florida

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all aspects of the construction process for a multifamily high-rise project in Miami, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
    • Lead and coordinate the efforts of subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to achieve project goals and objectives.
    • Implement effective construction management practices to optimize efficiency, minimize costs, and maximize profitability.
    • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments to identify and address issues proactively, maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
    • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and ensure project success.
    • Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and excellence among the project team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

    Requirements:

    • Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in general construction with a proven track record of successfully managing high-rise projects, preferably in the Miami area.
    • Demonstrated leadership ability with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
    • Thorough knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.
    • Proficiency in construction management software and tools, as well as a solid understanding of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
