We're seeking experienced Orthodontic Assistants to join our affiliated practice, Rosenberg Orthodontics, in the West Hartford, CT area. In this role, you'll support the Orthodontist by ensuring patients receive quality dental care and a great patient experience. Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accurate records of patients' oral health histories and treatment progress
• Ensuring that all orthodontic instruments and equipment are properly sterilized before each use
• Taking Panoramic and Cephalometric X-Rays
• Aiding the Orthodontist during procedures, including preparation and documentation
• Educating patients on their treatment plans and oral hygiene
• Assisting with orthodontic procedures and tasks
• Travel between neighboring offices for coverage
• Work up to 2 Saturdays per month

Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of experience as an Orthodontic Dental Assistant is required
• DANB certification preferred
• High School or GED Required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• CPR certification
