    Job Description:
    Potential EMT/ PARAMEDIC Support Staff


    Application submission to the part time pool is open to qualified and competent experts, who possess skills, education, and experience in academic and/or professional areas.

    Postings are for potential part-time, non-benefited, positions during the / academic years.


    Applications for Support Staff EMT/PARAMEDIC positions will be held in applicant pools, whenever a position opens up the open pool will be consulted when searching for candidates to fill the position.

    Applicants will not be notified of their status unless they are contacted to come in for an interview, which might occur soon after applying or as much as a year later.


    General Statement of Duties:
    Support Staff will aid with demonstrations / and or lectures on specific topic as assigned by Adjunct Faculty member.


    Responsibilities:

    • EMT/ Paramedic helpers will assist in practical demonstrations of topics as assigned by the adjunct faculty member;
    • EMT/ Paramedic guest lecturers are responsible for covering specific academic topics as assigned by the adjunct faculty member.

    Requirements:
    Minimum Requirements

    EMT Helper/Lecturer


    • Must be certified EMT
    Paramedic Hepler/Lecturer


    • Must be certified Paramedic

    Additional Information:

    Salary:
    * $18.00 EMT Certified Helper
    * $20.00 Paramedic Certified Helper
    * $35.00 Lecturers EMT/Paramedic

    Hours per Week:
    As needed by Instructor

    Three (3) current Professional Letters of Recommendation will be required in order to be considered for employment. Letters must be dated within 1 year of hire and at least one must be from a supervisor/manager. You can upload letters of recommendations under additional documents when uploading your Resume.
