- Conduct research to identify new materials and technologies for plastics manufacturing.
- Design and execute experiments to develop and optimize plastic formulations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
- Develop and implement testing protocols to evaluate the performance and durability of plastic components.
- Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams during product scale-up.

- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Plastics, Chemical Engineering or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience within the Manufacturing industry
- Proficient in using analytical tools, statistical analysis, and simulation software
- Ability to independently plan, execute, and analyze experiments
- Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
