- Assist in facilitating communication between the engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Participate in the testing and validation of designed components to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
- Assist in developing assembly procedures and guidelines for the manufacturing team.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve issues arising during the assembly process under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Aid in documenting testing procedures, assembly instructions, and troubleshooting solutions.
- Assist in maintaining and managing laboratory equipment.
- Help maintain inventory of parts and supplies, coordinating with procurement as necessary.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Some experience in a lab or manufacturing environment, preferably in robotics, aerospace, or a related course project.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong desire to learn and grow technical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with mechanical/electrical assemblies.
- Familiarity with CAD software.
- Familiarity with lab testing equipment and tools.
