    Description
    Essential Functions

    Lead the development and implementation of student experiences for residential students. Consistently look for new and innovative ways to enhance the on campus living experience for residential students. Design, develop, administer, and assess the Residential Education model and all residential co-curricular programming and events. Responsible for the selection, training, onboarding and development of professional staff, student leaders, and student workers. Serve on the departments' 6-member leadership team. Assist in tasks essential in keeping the team functioning at the highest level.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution in a related field. At least five years of related professional experience. Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high degree of professionalism and attention to detail. Proficiency with standard office software. Strong analytical skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Master's degree preferred in Leadership, Strategic Leadership, Counseling, Higher Education or closely related field. Experience in University housing or student affairs. Working knowledge of student development and leadership development theories and programming experience. Prefer previous live in/on experience and experience with residential curriculum designed to aid in retention and persistence.
