    Go-to-Market Sales Engineer Responsibilities

    UiPath is seeking a Go-to-Market (GTM) Sales Engineer who will play a critical role in helping scale our growth products sales team by organizing and running sales engineering operations initiatives, projects and programs. In this important role you will:

  • Coordinate operational tasks such as logistics for workshops, lunch and learns, webinars, and executive meetings with the growth and field account teams for customers and prospects with and without partners.
  • Track the progress of the various sales engineering team initiatives, projects, and programs. So, the ability to understand data and scrutinize it is critical.
  • Look for ways to create consistency and efficiency in how the team could/should be run so we are efficient in front of our prospects.
  • Coordinate initiatives across our core Sales Engineers, Account Executives, Technical Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Technical Partner Managers, and Professional Services
  • Synthesize, standardize, categorize, and share content and collateral (demos, deep dives, RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, decks, FAQs, videos, etc.) created and delivered by growth sales teams to help scale our growth business.
  • Share, manage, and ensure content is consistent and kept up to date on our content management systems (CMS) such as Highspot, SharePoint, etc.
  • Collaborate with the UiPath growth product and marketing teams to influence the product messaging and roadmap based on lessons from the field, customer, and partners.

    Recommended Experience

  • Project/program management
  • RPA (Citizen Developer level and above)
  • Data platforms (Microsoft Excel/PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
  • Content management (Highspot, SharePoint, Office365, etc.)
  • Business process operations
  • Other business software application usage experience:
  • CRM/Customer Relationship Management software (Salesforce, etc.)
  • Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel (How have you used it before?)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint (Share examples of content created)
  • Exposure/Understanding of enterprise software sales, sales engineering, consulting and/or business development.
  • Personality Traits

  • Handles ambiguity and can wrangle complex, cross-group projects/programs.
  • Takes initiative and ownership to understand, scope and run a project versus waiting to be told exactly what to do by when.
  • Humble and curious (Not afraid to say, "I don't know, but let me find out and share what I learn.")
  • Can see multiple perspectives of the same problem statement.
  • Thinks outside their own sphere and understands how decisions affect other individuals and teams.
  • Likes to be a builder/creator of new content, methods, messaging, processes, etc. while minimizing work required.
  • Doesn't just create process for process sake.
  • Is an extrovert/connector who naturally reaches out and loves to build relationships outside of your immediate team.
  • Curious and not afraid to ask "why" to understand the question behind the question.
  • Strong communication skills. You love to understand thoroughly, then educate.

  • Worked in software or technology organizations.

  • Product management and/or perspective on sales/sales engineering roles
