- Communicate with members, recommend workout enhancements and correcting form as needed
- Provide equipment and strength orientations, adhere to Lifestyle Medicine Department guidelines
- Ensure safety, cleanliness and maintenance of facilities, grounds and equipment to minimize risk to members participants and the association
