- Exceptional writing skills for offer letters and job postings required with some experience in multistate HR Laws
- Must have prior onboarding experience with HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) and ATS systems (Clear Company ATS preferred)
- Superb attention to detail with strengths in recognizing and implementing process improvements within a fast-paced corporate talent acquisitions team
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills with strong MS Office skills
