- Polish glassware, silverware, and utensils to perfection, ensuring they are free of marks, stains, or water spots.
- Stock and replenish china, silver, and glassware for service and bar.
- Prepare tables, stations, and counters as needed for operations.
- Keep dining areas clean and organized, including debris removal, surface wiping, and furniture arrangement.
- Fold napkins and linens as required.
- Welcome guests professionally, serve food and beverages, explain offerings, and anticipate guest needs.
- Support guest service by delivering food from the kitchen, clearing tables, and more.
- Set up, clean, and arrange tables, buffets, and food stations.
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe workplace.
- Efficiently communicate with management and team members to address cleaning issues promptly.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned to support restaurant operations.
- Adhere to Four Seasons' Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
- Maintain a collaborative and professional relationship with colleagues and supervisors.
- Assist in Food & Beverage areas during high volume or absence-related situations.
- Move tables, chairs, and other operational items as necessary.
- Complete other tasks or projects delegated by management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum one year in food and beverage service or equivalent role.
- Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Ability to carry and balance trays.
- Proficient in multitasking within a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge and skills in food and beverage service.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Hourly wage: $19.50
