Responsibilities:
- Implement personalized treatment plans with precision and critical thinking
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation
- Perform procedures according to the Nurse Practice Act and agency protocols

Requirements:
- Valid Practical Nurse license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (3 years preferred)
- CPR certification and negative TB skin test/chest x-ray
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Proficient clinical skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Physical capabilities to assist clients with mobility and lifting up to 50 pounds
