About the Position:
Matrix providers conduct comprehensive health assessments during visits to assess a member's health, medical history, social environment, and other factors, providing valuable insights that improve the quality of care. This approach helps identify and address multiple care gaps in a single visit.

Nurse Practitioner - PRN/Part Time - Home Risk Assessments
Type: Flexible - Nurse Practitioner
PAY: $95.00 or $100.00 per assessment (based on county)
Location: Daingerfield, Texas
Hours: Flexible scheduling including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
Benefits: Limited benefits for PRN/Part Time providers
Mileage reimbursement available
