    As a DevOps Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital landscape.

    This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the continental United States while supporting our Digital operations.

    We're seeking a talented individual with a strong background in Azure, containerization, and software development to lead our DevOps team to new heights of success.

    What Will You Be Doing?Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions for configuration management, continuous delivery, build and deployment automation, and operational monitoring and analysis.

    Architect, automate, and manage development, testing, and UAT environments.
    Conduct intake meetings and develop timelines and resource estimates for requested services.
    Assist in the design and development of infrastructure and coordinate releases.
    Collaborate with internal teams to improve system and network uptime.
    Monitor daily operations utilizing logging and reporting services.
    Create documentation including scripts, components, tools, and processes used for automation.
    Stay up-to-date on industry advances and best practices.
    Lead and mentor a small group of DevOps engineers to evangelize high standards and best practices.


    Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:8-12 years of experience in DevOps methodology, software development, and delivery in a diverse, multi-platform, and data-driven environment.

    Must have experience with Azure.3-5 years of experience working in a software development capacity.
    Experience leading a team and/or complex projects.
    Familiarity with Cassandra, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases.
    Advanced knowledge and application of software engineering, software development, and computer science practices.
    Proven ability to perform root cause analysis to identify issues.
    Experience with tools such as Tanzu Kubernetes Grid, Aria, WaveFront, Kustomize, Cube CTL, Lens, Helm, Jenkins, Ansible, and/or Terraform.

    The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

    The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled.

    At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances.

    A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ 150,000- $175,000 annually.
