This full-time position supports patients in Palatine, IL and surrounding areas and is eligible for a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year

Up to 22 paid holiday and personal days off in year one

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required
Minimum of one year healthcare experience
Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
