Insurance Claims Specialist Adjuster Examiner Analyst Attorney Environmental Toxic Tort Asbestos Pollution Health Hazard _ .

Seeking individual with experience evaluating and resolving environmental and toxic tort insurance claims according to industry best practice standards.

Shall:

• ** Review loss notices, interpret policy coverage, establish reserves and handle claims involving primary, excess, and umbrella coverage.
• ** Evaluate claims for eligibility status and review established coverages in policies.
• ** Negotiate payments and ensure on-time disbursement of funds to clients.

Qualifications:

*** 4 year degree or equivalent with 5+ years experience handling complex or specialty claims involving environmental, pollution, general liability, etc.
