- Full-time; 37.5hours per week
- Monday - Friday
- Caseload K-6th grade; 3 Elementary schools
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Provide direct and indirect supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Provide training and support to school staff and families on behavior management techniques and strategies
- Masters Degree from an accredited university
- Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
- Ability to supervise Behavior Technicians/RBTs
- Pediatrics experience (preferred)
- School experience (preferred)
