Marketing Project Manager

Inceed has partnered with a thriving retail company to help find a motivated and eager Marketing Project Manager to join their team

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful implementation of marketing strategies across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce or retail, prior experience working for a marketing agency, and a proven track record as a project manager.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality execution. Develop project plans, define project scope, coordinate resources, and track project progress against key milestones.
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing teams, creative teams, ecommerce teams, and retail operations, to align project objectives, requirements, and deliverables. Foster effective communication and coordination among various teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  
• Marketing Strategy Implementation: Oversee the implementation of marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and in-store promotions. Ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with overall brand positioning and corporate objectives.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Ecommerce or Retail Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce or retail, preferably within a corporate environment. Familiarity with retail marketing strategies, customer behavior, and industry trends.
  
• Marketing Agency Experience: Prior experience working for a marketing agency is highly desired. Understanding of agency processes, project management methodologies, and client relationship management.
  
• Project Management Experience: Proven track record as a project manager, successfully delivering complex marketing projects on time and within budget. Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in project management are a plus.
