    Position Summary:
    Seeking an experienced Control Systems Engineer to join a dynamic team, focused on optimizing and enhancing manufacturing operations through expert management and development of control systems.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.

    Registration:

    • Professional Engineering (PE) registration preferred but not required.

    Qualifications:

    • 2 to 10 years of experience in instrumentation and control systems engineering
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam
    • Knowledge of industry standards for instrumentation and controls
    • Familiarity with PLC, HMI, and DCS systems
    • Experience in PLC/DCS programming is advantageous

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Produce detailed installation plans, including electric room layouts, cable schedules, control panel layouts, loop diagrams, and instrumentation plans
    • Develop control narratives and specify process instrumentation tailored to project needs
    • Size control valves using vendor software to ensure precise control within system operations
    • Create and manage specifications and data sheets for instrumentation, analyzers, control systems, and actuated valves
    • Conduct thorough reviews of vendor submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications
    • Liaise with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration and communication for timely project completions
    • Evaluate vendor bid submittals to select optimal solutions for projects
    • Compile scopes, drawings, and specifications into comprehensive procurement packages
    • Contribute to the development and refinement of P&IDs focusing on instrumentation and control aspects
    Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
