    OPERATIONSSPECIALISTJob Summary:
    Coordinatewith Deposit Operations Supervisorinimplementing and carrying out bank policy & procedures with respect tooverall operations of the bank. This position's primary responsibility it toperform a wide range of deposit operations and clerical duties. This positionis responsible for keeping records of financial transactions for establishmentby performing the following duties.

    Branch and Legal researchLarge Dollar Exception Review and Two Signature ReviewDaily Review of Exceptions items to Include, NSF/Uncollected,Chargebacks, Positive Pay, Non-PostActivation of Dormant and Inactive AccountsOpt-out maintenance to accountReturn Mail processingScanning of the Signature CardsDaily verification of New Certificate of Deposit report toascertain that the rate is within the established rate.

    Block Posting Branch ATM Deposit Review W-8 Review and Update Other Responsibilities andBackUp Duties :Weekly review and process of Reg D reportReview of ACH/IAT report.

    RDC verificationNotice of changeMonthly General Ledger ReconciliationDebit Card ClaimACH claimsACH origination Positive Pay Review NSF/Uncollected Report Review Forgery Claims Review Notice of Death/Notice of ReclamationREG D account reviewControlled Account Review Stop payment Input Stop payment ReviewEscrow checks Official Interest Checks Independence of Judgment:

    Minimum Requirements:
    High School certification and/or courses' certification in relatedfields; and/or equivalent experience in retail operations.
