    Job Description

    Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, product managers) to integrate ML models into our products and services.

    Conduct data cleansing, exploration and feature engineering to improve model accuracy and performance.


    Stay up-to-date with the latest technology in machine learning and apply this knowledge to tackle complex problems in innovative ways.

    Suggest, collect and synthesize requirements and create an effective AI roadmap for responsible areas.

    Mentor junior team members and contribute to the team's knowledge and expertise in ML.

    Ensure compliance with data privacy (including HIPAA) and security regulations in all machine learning implementations.


    Qualifications:
    Master's or Ph.
    D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on machine learning.


    Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning with 1 year minimum in deep-learning, particularly in a senior or lead role.

    Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).

    Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.

    Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their ML services.

    Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

    Experience with large language models (including fine-tuning, RAG) is a plus

    Experience in the healthcare sector and understanding of health data (EMR, genomics, wearables) is also desirable.
