- Take ownership of IT operations at our new facility, overseeing networking, infrastructure, user support, and facility-related IT tasks.
- Design and implement IT systems and infrastructure to support business operations effectively, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical expertise and leadership to junior IT staff, guiding them in troubleshooting complex issues and implementing solutions.
- Lead the build-out phase of the facility, coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of IT-related projects.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks, to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to IT systems, processes, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in IT roles, with a proven track record of managing IT operations in small to mid-sized companies.
- Strong technical skills in networking, infrastructure, and end-user support, with proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Advanced knowledge of network administration, including configuration of switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and coach junior IT staff.
