    **What You'll Get to Do:**

    Develop new accounts and new market opportunities consistent with group objectives. Responsible for customer strategy and demand creation ownership. Manages Opportunity Pipeline and key sales project information.

    Maintain and expand current business through effective support, service, account management and sales promotion. Establish contacts with key customers for new business development of related products.

    Management of staff Including supervision, counseling, performance standards and review, discipline, and employee training and development.

    Develops annual and long-range business plans for top management. Responsible for customer monthly/annual forecast and sales development reports. Responsible for business plan goals for sales, inventory and profit margin.

    Monitor Team opportunities on timely basis and ensure healthy opportunity pipeline is maintained and reflected in SF.Com

    Efficiently Manage team resources and activities for assigned customers and products.

    Maintain expenditures and inventories within set limits, as well as responsibility for budgets to the extent authorized.

    Supervisory responsibility for multiple direct & indirect staff including Senior Account Managers, Account Managers and direct sales activity.

    Create and manage high level management relationship with Automotive Tier1 customers.

    Engage in Engineering reference activity with customers to ensure Panasonic products are part of their product design cycles.

    Support Annual price negotiations, contractual agreements, supplier audit support and promotional events

    **What You'll Bring:**

    **Education & Experience:**

    A college degree with a technical background and a MBA in marketing/management/sales is preferred.

    Ten or more years of technical sales, marketing and management experience.

    Knowledge and experience with the Automotive Industry is a must

    Knowledge of assigned products, including, Electronic Sensors, Switches/Touch-panels, Electronic Components, Semiconductor Devices, Memory Cards, Relays and other Automotive products geared for ADAS application

    Knowledge of global ADAS market and experience coordinating automotive business sales with international parent company.

    Proven strong background of electronic and electrical engineering concepts and terms.

    Management experience with outside sales channels (ie, Manufacturing Rep).

    Detailed understanding of Automotive Design and New Product Introduction Processes.

    Experience with TS16949 Certification Procedures & Requirements.

    Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Lotus Notes.

    **Other Requirements:**

    Ability to travel up to 50 % (domestic 40% and international 10%) as required.

    Valid drivers license. Must have or be able to obtain valid passport with no travel restrictions

    This role will serve as the Professional Services subject matter expert and sales person for the assigned vertical market's. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a plan to collaboratively drive incremental sales of professional services within their vertical.
