- Analyze, plan, and perform preventive maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and make modifications to plumbed systems.
- Disassemble and reassemble plumbing equipment to perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring equipment to perform service to the equipment and/or mechanical system.
- Responds to, diagnoses, and resolves plumbing emergencies.
- Adhere to all city, state, and federal regulatory statutes.
- Maintain maintenance records.
- Order and maintain parts as needed to repair and maintain equipment.
- Manage relationships with all vendor accounts.
- Properly maintain and safeguard Powers assets.
- Able to organize work and meet deadlines.

- Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
- Able to read blueprints and schematics.
- Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron and copper.

- Understands and has mastered all types of plumbing systems and how each component within the system operates in conjunction with the other components and how that impacts the overall operations of the system as a whole.

- Arkansas State Journeyman Plumbing License required.
- 3-10 years of experience as a commercial Plumber.
- Able to lift and carry 10-50 lbs. and up to 100 lbs. with assistance, sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, repetitive hand motions, hear, speak, may experience prolonged and irregular hours, and work with frequent interruptions.

Our Mechanical Service Plumbers are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems utilizing knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, control systems, welding, and plumbing. As a Powers technician you are also responsible for excellent customer service.
