    ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team in Worthington, OH. As a School Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional well-being of students within our educational community.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess students' cognitive, academic, social, and emotional functioning.
    • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies for students with diverse needs.
    • Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions to support students in managing behavioral and emotional challenges.
    • Serve as a consultant to teachers and administrators on issues related to student behavior management, learning strategies, and mental health support.
    • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress, interventions, and future goals.
    • Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of school psychology, and integrate this knowledge into practice.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution.
    • Valid license or certification as a School Psychologist in the state
    • Previous experience working with children and adolescents in an educational setting preferred.
    • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, with proficiency in administering a variety of psychological tests and measures.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
