    We are three years old, just over 100 people, manage $10B in risk, and are intent on becoming the world's best and largest insurer of rental properties.

    We exist to deliver fast, affordable insurance and to pay claims quickly and fairly.

    To do that, we hire the best engineers, actuaries, sales, and service people in the country to build the experience that we'd want if we were the client.

    Steadily is hiring for a Partnerships Account Manager The Partnerships Account Manager works closely with Steadily's strategic partners to create lasting, mutually beneficial relationships that expand Steadily's network of real estate investors.

    They collaborate with other departments to drive growth, optimize the lead referral process, and monitor partner success metrics to improve efficiency.

    The Partnerships Account Manager reports directly to the Head of Sales.

    What You'll Do
    Work closely with existing partners to increase lead referral volume and quality.

    Collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize processes that drive partner success.

    Consistently track and monitor partner success metrics and provide regular feedback.

    Participate in trade shows periodically (some travel involved).

    Your Background

    Experienced :
    You have a deep understanding of B2B partnerships and proven success building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships.


    Data:
    You are comfortable running your own reports and leveraging data to advise your strategy.


    Tech:
    You are comfortable discussing various types of partner integrations.


    Driven:
    You're excited about joining a company on a crazy trajectory and aren't afraid to work as hard as it takes to get the job done

    Knowledgeable . Experience in Insurance or REI space is a plus.


    Compensation:
    Salary of $80,000 annually plus bonus opportunity.

    Hybrid work schedule - 4 days in-office, 1 day WFH
