    Job Description
    As an integral member of ServiceNow's Global Sales Enablement team, the Sales Enablement Manager - NowSell Programs is responsible for developing and managing enablement programs tied to the NowSell Operating Model and Sales Methodology, across the entire sales journey, linked directly to our 5-star mission. They are a key member of the NowSell Program Management Office (PMO) and support overall organization and coordination of NowSell initiatives.
    This is a highly collaborative role that involves working with key stakeholders in Sales and Sales Leadership, as well as across the various Enablement Teams.
    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop high impact enablement programs to improve sales capability and adoption of NowSell
    • End-to-end management of enablement projects - from stakeholder intake through development, implementation, measurement, problem solving, execution and ongoing maintenance
    • Collaborate across enablement teams to embed NowSell into other enablement (e.g. skills development) and comms programs
    • Gather requirements from stakeholders, develop enablement for multiple platforms (eLearning, vILT, etc.)
    • Work with the Shared Services team on enablement design and communication.
    • Manage key stakeholders throughout the process, including regional Enablement Leads. Keep stakeholders and colleagues apprised of status and progress
    • Secure resources needed to build, deliver and measure programs
    • Support the NowSell PMO leader in overall program coordination
    • Analyze the effectiveness of the training plan against stated learning objectives and modify as needed to address opportunities for improvement across the core sales roles
    • Deliver training and train the trainer programs virtually or in person, to a global audience
    • Develop presentations and present concepts, strategies and ideas for enablement plans to Senior Executives and stakeholders globally


    Qualifications
    Our ideal candidate:

    • 5+ years' experience in sales enablement, building and delivering programs, preferably in the SAAS space
    • Deep understanding of adult learning and enablement best practices
    • Content creation, training and facilitation capability
    • Experience in sales with a SAAS, technology or other intangible product line
    • Experience developing and deploying global enablement programs at scale for multiple personas
    • Strong ability to identify sales team needs and translate them into effective programs that engage the field and drive improved sales performance
    • Ability to vision and make complex training concepts come alive in a simple and consumable format
    • Ability to effectively prioritize deliverables with high quality and on-time delivery. Adaptable to change and agility to manage when priorities shift.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitation, problem solving, analytical, presentation abilities, and strong business acumen
    • Highly collaborative with a continuous learning and growth mindset
