• processes for training and onboarding of new employees for the plant
• employee's timesheets, submit timesheet approvals, manage vacation
• and coordinate training
• quarterly/annual inventory audits
• machine process yield and lead times

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS

• years working in a Powder Coatings Manufacturing business
• years experience as a Production Manager or Plant Manager
• written and verbal communication skills
• Track record of Plant Improvement initiatives
• Manager who builds teams and champions employees for success,
• motivator of employees and leads by example.
