    Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Hartford, CT

    Location: Hartford, CT

    Procare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the school year in Hartford, CT. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing behavior analysis services to support individuals with developmental challenges and autism spectrum disorders.

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement individualized behavior intervention programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
    • Work closely with special education teams, teachers, and other professionals to support students' behavioral and educational goals.
    • Collect and record data on students' behavior to track progress and adjust interventions as needed.
    • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies across different environments.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or a related discipline).
    • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disorders.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Schedule:

    • Full-time hours hours per week).
    • Contract position for the school year.

    Compensation:

    • Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.
