- Minimum 5 Years Experience
- IT Project Management
- Strong knowledge of information systems development life cycle, information technology, project tools and approaches to development and implementation
- Experience with multiple methodologies including agile and waterfall
- Prior experience working on State of Indiana large software projects as a Senior IT PM (Preferred)
- PMP Certification (Preferred)
- Ability to translate technology terms and explain concepts of SDLC to program/business folks who have little to no exposure to large software projects
- Ability to work with technical team members, and other IT professionals to flesh out project plans and risk registers and overcome obstacles
- Strong communication and presentation skills

Description
Must be located in the Indianapolis, Indiana area•Looking for candidate to be an integral part of digital transformation initiatives partnering with business leaders and technical support teams driving a high level of data quality and access.
•You will be supporting the Data Domain Trustee's and Stewards in problem solving data quality issues. Collaborating with Visualization and Analytics IT teams in the design of data quality measure and metrics.
•You will be leading the stand-up of additional data domains. This will involve domain design, dataset identification, initial domain health assessment and training the data domain Trustees and Stewards on their roles.
•You will be leading the implementation of Informatica solution.
•You will be leading the implementation of the data governance policies across all domains in the agency
