Job summary

The Corporate Facilities Manager is skilled and self-motivated to support multiple manufacturing buildings' facilities. This role is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems equipment and infrastructure to ensure minimal downtime and high facility reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance or contract appropriate resources for building systems including HVAC Systems fire protection security Systems electrical energy management dock doors dock plate systems power industrial equipment building components roof interior exterior floors walls doors paved surfaces landscaping.
  • Conduct routine inspections of building structures grounds assess identify necessary repairs renovations.
  • Ensure all facilities are fully operational with utilities functioning properly.
