    We are hiring for an Onsite Coordinator to work with our staffing agency clients. This is a full-time position located in the city of Ontario, CA. This NOT a remote position. Candidates with previous experience working in a staffing industry setting is a plus

    The Onsite Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring proper check-in and registration of newly dispatched employees, as well as monitoring daily operations to minimize the risk of accidents on site, administering health and safety policies, and conducting job-related training.

    M-F, 40hrs/wk

    *Pay Range: $23-27/HR DOE
    This is an internal position.

    Requirements:

    Conduct registration and check-ins for new employees

    Facilitating and onboarding employees at client site.

    Review and monitor employee payroll punches and proper timekeeping

    Maintain and generate reports for client and company use.

    Experience with policy implementation, accident investigation, safety training and inspections.

    Previous experience in a safety-related role is a plus.

    Previous experience and familiarity with CAL OSHA regulations is also a plus.

    Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
