This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Days, 7 AM to 7 PM, with every other weekend and holidays off.

Job Description

We are seeking a Travel Med Surg RN to provide high-quality care in a dynamic medical-surgical environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in general medical administration, remote tele-monitoring, and post-operative patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and care to patients based on established protocols.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Assist with post-operative care and recovery.
• Float to Medical-Surgical Telemetry as necessary, maintaining appropriate patient ratios.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1-2+ years of Med Surg experience required.
• 1+ year of recent travel experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• Tele experience required.
• Cerner experience required.
