    We are seeking a Night Shift Resident Support Manager who is responsible for the management of the resident support department, with the primary emphasis of ensuring resident safety and participation in the program.

    This is a safety sensitive position.


    Position:
    Resident Support Manager - Night ShiftLocation: In-Person, Port Hueneme, CaliforniaDuties may include but are not limited to:Ensures Resident Support staff monitor residents including during the detoxification phase to include resident progress and willingness to participateAssigns job duties to RS staff on shiftReview the completion and accuracy of documented client roundsPreforms resident supervision in accordance with the goals outlined in their respective treatment plansAssists in the intake processParticipates in new employee training and evaluations as directed Requirements:Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferredDriver's License: Current, valid California Driver License with a good driving record (per company discretion)

    Additional Qualifications:
    Certification: Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

    Certification in good standing with the California Department of Public Health PreferredRegular driving of company vehicles.
    Regular local travel among company locations.

    Must fulfill pre-employment conditions:
    tuberculosis screening (annually thereafter), background check (including criminal and driving record check), drug screening, and reference checks. Ongoing monitoring and screenings during employment in accordance with the law and company policy.
