As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to expectant mothers and their newborns.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns
• Monitor fetal heart rate patterns and maternal vital signs
• Administer medications and assist with pain management techniques
• Assist with labor induction and augmentation
• Perform cervical exams and assess progress of labor
• Assist with delivery procedures, including cesarean sections
• Provide postpartum care and education to new mothers
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately

• Valid nursing license in MN
• Intermediate fetal monitoring
• NRP
• PALS
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Labor and Delivery Nurse
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures related to labor and delivery
• Proficiency in airway management, catheterization, ostomy care, and infant care
• Ability to provide primary care for newborns and postpartum mothers
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
