    Title: Sr. Staff IT Program Manager, Data Warehouse

    Location: Union City, NJ ( 100% onsite)

    Salary: $145k - $165k + Benefits

    Job type: Direct Hire

    About the role:

    The main function of a Sr Staff Technical Program Manager, Data warehouse leads IT project and program initiatives, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. This role provides leadership, management, and technical guidance, aligning projects with company goals. The role will assist the IT Director in the successful definition, implementation, and delivery of complex programs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Strategize program goals, set controls, and standards.
    • Resolve complex issues, contribute to strategic planning.
    • Estimate, implement, and track program budgets and timelines.
    • Manage risks, dependencies, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
    • Evaluate, supervise, and monitor multiple projects.
    • Organize meetings, draft communications, and submit program documentation.
    • Communicate with project managers, set objectives to maximize ROI.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Science, Computer Science, or related discipline.
    • 8+ years of relevant technical project or program management experience with years of professional experience.
    • 5+ years of Data Warehouse experience with 5+ years of data governance.
    • Experience with working with data engineering teams.
    • Experience converting requirements into use cases.
    • Broad knowledge of Technology Management processes.
    • Experience with different SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
    • Demonstrated experience in managing dependencies, impacts, risks, and issues.
    • People skills with experience building trusting relationships.
    • Outstanding leadership, enthusiasm, and accountability, coupled with attention to detail and a commitment to quality in all work products.
    • Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.??
    • PMP certification preferred. SAFe Lean Portfolio Management, Practitioner, or Product Owner/Product Manager highly desired.
