Job Summary

Duties:

• Perform daily inspections to identify unsafe conditions and maintain equipment properly.


• Safely operate blade/motor grader, regulating height and angle of grader blade, lowering scarifier, and loosening packed soil.


• Assist laborer or roller operator with dumping trucks and keeping load counts.


• C Communicate effectively with difficult people under high stress situations.


• Troubleshoot problems related to material quality, equipment operation/repair, etc., while ensuring OSHA compliance.
