    The Business Analyst in Rx Returns possesses the ability to understand returns data as well as the business strategies of the clients.

    The Business Analyst must be able to link data insights to actionable business insights and use storytelling techniques to get the message across or provide answers to business concerns or problems.

    The incumbent must be detailed-oriented, organized, empathetic, remain calm under pressure and be a creative problem solve.


    Primary AccountabilitiesOperational:
    Participate in client meetings as neededProvide analysis to Account Managers and Sales for Business ReviewsParticipate as a member of cross-functional teams to provide data as neededIdentify clients' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions or alternativesManage and complete time-sensitive research and document findings in Salesforce and with the clientAnalytical:Responsible for creating and providing various reports for clients and assigned PODsCollects, analyzes and reports data to support decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning and specific business performance issuesWork with the Reporting Representative to explain variances and trendsIdentify opportunities to improve data and business processesWork with a variety of data sources - extracting knowledge and actionable information from massive datasetsUtilize strong Microsoft Excel, Alteryx and SQL skills in order to provide high-quality data analysis and support to clients, internal stakeholdersRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, or a related field required2-4 years of related work experienceProficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, SQL, Incorta, and AlteryKnowledge of Google Looker preferredAdvanced Excel Skills (Macros)
