Quality Control Associate is a member of the quality team, helping to ensure that our dietary supplement products meet FDA regulations and procedures.
The Quality Control Associate is responsible for ensuring the quality of our dietary supplements in accordance with FDA regulations and procedures. The role involves following standard operating procedures (SOPs), inspecting products for damage or defects, and collaborating with the warehouse team on product returns and disposition.
+Responsibilities
- Follow the FDA regulations and procedures under 21 CFR title 111 for warehousing and distribution of dietary supplements,
- Pull samples listed on Incoming Product Lot Release Guidelines to ensure FDA compliance,
- Inspect incoming materials for damage, photograph and record any damage on receiving paperwork,
- Bend to lift items from the floor.
