    Description

    RAMOS is searching for a dynamic leader to join our team, someone who is filled with passion and purpose. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are seeking a candidate who will take on the role of nurturing our current 2,000 business clients, expanding our client base through referrals and leads, and guiding a small team to success in these areas. As you embrace this role, you will evolve into an expert, moving towards a leadership position as an Agency Director by mastering our processes and systems.

    This position offers a competitive weekly salary, ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results
    • Train and support new team members on current systems
    • Provide daily reports on field activities using a Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately
    • Effective functioning in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Passion for aiding others and building relationships
    • Experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement drive
    • Knowledge of CRMs (experience with Salesforce is a plus)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Must possess a valid Driver's License and be eligible to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background check and personal transportation are necessary
    • 45-day minimum evaluation period before any advancement
