    It is expected that duties will include after-hours on-call assignments and administration of the company-union labor agreement.

    As an employee of PSEGLI, you should be aware that during storm/outage restoration efforts, you may be required to perform functions different from normal operations and your regular work schedule.

    You may also be required to work in an alternate location.

    Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:
    Working with District Manager and supervisory team, manage the day-to-day operations of the District.

    executing on strategies to accomplish planned work, respond to customers and electric emergencies, ensure compliance and safety, and drive productivity and process improvements.

    Must be willing to work OT as required and perform on-call I emergency support as needed.
    Work on the Outage Management System & ADMS Projects that directly affect the Distribution Control Room.

    Analyze Outage Data to create daily reports/work packages to schedule the patrol/repair of isolated area's to increase the reliability of the electric service territory.

    Develop Process/Procedures to outage, emergency & storm responses dependent on system activityReview workload analytics, timesheets, and other data to ensure productivity and compliance.

    Maintain performance records to ensure proper productivity and quality of work.
    Drive process improvement by participating in Electric, Utility and company-wide initiatives. Participate in District, regional and other meetings to represent Electric Operations. Participate in Safety meetings; reinforce corporate messages and practices.


    Job Specific QualificationsRequired Skills:
    Bachelors' degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology; considering those who will graduate in years of engineering experience.
    Knowledge of business and engineering principles and practices.
    Demonstrated clear and concise writing and verbal communications skills.
    Must have and maintain a valid US driver's license with a safe driving record.
    Must possess analytical ability and strong problem solving skills.
    Must possess time management skills and have a demonstrated ability to work in both team and independent settings.
    Must possess exceptional communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
