JOB DESCRIPTION

SKILLS NEEDED : .NET and Azure

• We are seeking an application engineer with a strong background in .NET and Azure who will help to implement the vendor tool used to manage AI-powered contract lifecycle.
• An AI-powered contract lifecycle management tool is designed to help legal teams move faster, optimize resources, and scale compliantly.
• The tool automates the business process of initiating, negotiating, reviewing, approving, signing, and storing contracts.
• Future integrations planned for this tool are with DocuSign and Smart by GEP.
• The resource should be able to manage all the vendor connects and do all the co-ordination needed for the implementation.
