Driver's are paid an hourly wage + tips + delivery commission = $18 to $25 average hourly.
What you need:

Must be 18 years old with a valid state driver's license.
Must have proof of car insurance.
Reliable vehicle that you can use for deliveries.
Acceptable motor vehicle record (specific requirements may vary, but your record does not have to be squeaky clean).
A great attitude and be friendly, honest, and hard-working.
