Job summary
We are seeking Prep Cooks who will be responsible for producing and preparing high quality food items for dishes that are further cooked or combined with other ingredients to be served to customers.

Responsibilities
- Folows opening and closing checklists and refers to daily prep list at the start of the shift.
- Prepares variety of meat, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grill and fryers
- Maintains clean and sanitary work area and proper food handling safe standards while preparing food.
